At Lionheart Camp for Kids, we take great care in selecting, packing, and sending your order—because every purchase helps us support grieving children and their families across Western Australia. 💛
While we hope you love what you receive, here’s what to do if something isn’t quite right.
🔁 Can I return an item?
We’re a small, purpose-driven not for profit organisation, so we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’re absolutely here to help.
📸 What should I do if something’s wrong with my order?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at enquiries@lionheartcampforkids.com.au with the following:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and compassionately as we can.
💸 Who covers return shipping?
If a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
However, return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns on sale or clearance items, unless the product is faulty.

This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law as outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including your entitlement to a refund, replacement or repair for faulty goods.
