Welcome to the Lionheart Camp for Kids online store. This website is operated by Lionheart Camp for Kids Ltd (ABN: 38 486 033 460). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lionheart Camp for Kids. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. 

We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour or detail will be accurate. 

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time. 

3. Payments and Donations 

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. 

All profits from purchases go directly towards supporting bereaved children and their families through Lionheart’s grief support programs in Western Australia.

4. Shipping and Delivery 

We offer a flat shipping fee of $12 for all orders within Australia. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on Australia Post processing and your location.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property
